Order and Shipping
You can cancel your order before delivery.
To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at support@mycaresys.com or (213) 351-0000.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required to complete a return or exchange. To qualify for a full return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A partial refund may be granted for items that are not in original condition, are damaged or are missing parts due to no fault of ours, or are returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Only products of regular price can be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. A 20% restocking fee will apply to products returned in new condition and in their original packaging. If the consumer refuses to take delivery of the product after delivery, the original shipping and handling fees will apply. Please see our refund policy for more details.
It may not be possible to change the shipping address after your order has been processed. If you wish to change it, please contact customer service.
Once a tracking number is registered for each order, an email will automatically be sent confirming that the package is on its way. The location of the delivered product can be confirmed through the tracking number included in the email.
· If the tracking number starts with '1Z', it will be shipped via UPS.
· If your tracking number consists of 22-digit numbers, it will be shipped via USPS.
