You can cancel your order before the purchased product is delivered. To cancel an order, please contact customer service at 213-351-0000 or support@mycaresys.com with the order number of the product you purchased, Mon - Fri, 9 am to 6 am PCT.
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. To complete a return or exchange, you will need your order number from the company you purchased from, your receipt from the place of purchase, or proof of purchase.
- To qualify for a full return or exchange, the product must be unused, with no missing accessories, and in the same condition it was shipped from.
- Partial refunds are not available for items that are not in original condition, are damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours, or returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns of products in unsaleable condition, such as returns due to a change of mind rather than a defect in the product, or returns due to missing accessories. A 100% refund will be issued within 7 days only if the product is returned as new in its original packaging.
- Additionally, the customer must personally handle return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind.
- If the consumer refuses delivery of the product after delivery, round-trip shipping and handling fees will apply.
