You can cancel your order before the purchased product is delivered. To cancel an order, please contact customer service at 213-351-0000 or support@mycaresys.com with the order number of the product you purchased, Mon - Fri, 9 am to 6 am PCT.

 

• Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. To complete a return or exchange, you will need your order number from the company you purchased from, your receipt from the place of purchase, or proof of purchase.
• To qualify for a full return or exchange, the product must be unused, with no missing accessories, and in the same condition it was shipped from.
• Partial refunds are not available for items that are not in original condition, are damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours, or returned more than 7 days after delivery.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns of products in unsaleable condition, such as returns due to a change of mind rather than a defect in the product, or returns due to missing accessories. A 100% refund will be issued within 7 days only if the product is returned as new in its original packaging.
• Additionally, the customer must personally handle return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind.
• If the consumer refuses delivery of the product after delivery, round-trip shipping and handling fees will apply.

• 전액 환불이나 교환을 받으려면 제품은 사용되지 않은 상태이어야 하며 부속품이 빠지지 않았으며 발송된 상태와 동일해야 합니다.
• 원래 상태가 아닌 제품, 저희 잘못이 아닌 손상된 제품 또는 배송 후 7일을 초과하여 반품된 제품에 대해서는 일부 환불이 불가능합니다.
• 반품 상품이 판매 불가능한 상태로 반송되는 경우(제품 결함이 아닌 마음 바꾸기 또는 부속품이 빠진 경우 등) 20%의 재고 충당료가 부과됩니다. 제품이 새 상태로 원래 포장 상태로 반품되면 7일 이내에 100% 환불이 이루어집니다.
• 또한 마음을 바꾸어 반품하는 경우 고객은 반품 배송 비용을 개인적으로 처리해야 합니다.
• 소비자가 제품 수령 후 제품 수령을 거절하는 경우 왕복 배송 및 처리 수수료가 부과됩니다.
