Smokeless and less smelly house

We cooked pork belly and really loved this grill! It’s smokeless, less odor in the house, no oil splashing, fast cooking, easy to use and clean. Make sure to pre-heat as instructed and check if both heats are on. Impressive!

Love this grill!

It does not cook food any faster than on a grill, but it's awesome! It requires hardly any setup, so you can get cooking quickly. The cooking area is small, so It's convenient for a small family. It is not messy and cleaning the grill is quick and easy. I've really enjoyed cooking on it.

I like this indoor grill for lighter meats, like shrimp and fish.

I like this for more delicate foods, like shrimp and fish. While it would likely do fine with heavier meats, I think where this indoor grill really shines is in how it cooks the lighter foods. I find I have more control over how much it's cooked. On the stove top it cooks pretty well, but on an outdoor grill things go from raw to burnt so quickly. With this indoor grill, I have more control over the heat levels and the doneness of the foods. So for this, I really like it.

Great for Indoor BBQ Nights

I got this grill for at-home Korean BBQ nights, and it’s been a fun addition to my kitchen. The dual heating design means I can cook different foods at the same time—meat on one side, veggies on the other—which is a nice touch. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly, and the nonstick surface makes cleanup a breeze. That said, while it reduces smoke, it’s not completely smokeless. If you’re cooking fatty meats, you’ll still get some smoke, especially if you don’t drain the grease often. I use it under my range hood or with a fan nearby, and that helps a lot

Decent for indoor BBQ, but not quite a Grillmaster's dream.

As someone who’s both smoked out a kitchen and lost a pork belly to a rogue flare-up, I approached the Caresys Smokeless Grill with cautious optimism - and a side of kimchi. The promise of indoor Korean BBQ without setting off the smoke alarm was too tempting.Let’s start with the good stuff:The smokeless feature is legit. I grilled steak, shrimp, and a few veggies, and didn’t once have to open a window or apologize to my smoke detector. The angled nonstick pan drains grease surprisingly well, and cleanup was refreshingly low-effort - just a quick rinse of the drip tray and nonstick surface (both dishwasher-safe, which earns bonus points in my house). Even bigger bonus... no grease-splatter crime scene on my counters. But here’s the rub:The much-hyped dual heating system is more of a half-hearted tag team. The bottom grill does a solid job for everyday meats - especially leaner cuts or anything that doesn’t need a hard sear. But the top heating element? It’s more decorative than functional. It lacks the power and proximity to contribute real heat, making it feel more like a “keep warm” feature than a cooking one. You can’t adjust its height, and it just doesn’t get close or hot enough to matter. Also, while it reduces smoke, it doesn't eliminate odor. Cook pork belly or fatty cuts and yes, your kitchen will still smell like dinner the next morning - though not in an overwhelming way.Regarding the durability and design, so far, it looks sleek in ivory and feels sturdy, but the surface behind the upper element discolored after one go. That’s cosmetic, sure, but for the price, it’s disappointing. And needing a specialty screwdriver just to clean under the hood? That's a bit much. I haven’t had to deal with customer service, but judging by other reports, it’s not a strong suit.So for weeknight indoor grilling, it’s pretty good - especially for lighter fare like shrimp, veggies, or thin beef slices. If you’re looking for a hardcore searing machine or something to replicate a charcoal grill, this isn't it. But if you’re after a low-mess, smoke-reduced, countertop BBQ option for small households, it’s absolutely worth considering.Docked one star for the underperforming top heater and some durability quirks, but still a solid win for indoor grilling convenience.

Indoor Electric Smokeless Grill

This electric indoor smokeless grill works pretty well. I recommend washing the plate and then heating it for five minutes or so, just to get any impurities off of it.It is very easy to use, having only two knobs for time and temperature. So far, I’ve only made barbecue chicken on it, but it worked very, very well. Cleaning up was very easy and straightforward as well. I have to recommend it.

Makes a good enough indoor grill but could be better

I like the heat top it has. It heats the meat evenly and it makes a great small indoor grill. I also found it easy to use, I almost didn't even need to read the instructions but did anyway just in case I could miss something. Now on to the top heating element. This is where I feel like it is more gimmick than anything. I feel like this doesn't work as intended and instead it just makes for a better "keep it warm" heater, than a cooker. It doesn't have enough heat power to actually cook anything below it and also it is too high to do so. I don't mind this because the bottom grill does work great at cooking the food.Additionally the smokeless part of it does work nice and keeps the house from filling up with smoke.Overall it does work great at what it is described as, but the top heater doesn't cook anything at all like it suggests in the picture and description. The smokeless part works great, as well as the grill cooker so I wont fault it for the top heater.

Grilling Indoor Made Easy!

I've been setting off my smoke alarms trying to sear steaks in my kitchen (and facing the wrath of neighbors), this smokeless wonder has saved me already. I love how versatile it's proven to be, last week I went from making perfectly marked ribeyes to crispy grilled cheese to delicate sea bass, all without opening a single window. The contained smoke feature isn't just marketing fluff; it actually works, which means my clothes don't smell like a barbecue joint after cooking. I've even started hosting small dinner parties where guests gather around watching their food cook, something impossible with my previous stovetop chaos. The flavor retention is remarkable too, somehow the juices stay locked in rather than evaporating away. If you miss outdoor grilling or tired of smoke going everywhere, this compact miracle might just restore your cooking joy like it did mine.

Love this Grill!

This is a WONDERFUL in door grill. Grills from top and bottom simultaneously, or just from a single direction. Precise control of the temperature. I have made the best steaks of my life with grill because of the precise temperature control. I measure the thickness, dial in the temp, grill to the directed doneness, flip once and eat. Literally perfect every time. I have also, made Korean BBQ and salmon steak. Beats the heck out of all other indoor grills I've bought in the past including very well known brands

Electric grill easy to clean surface

Pros: Easy to clean build quality is pretty good the grilling surface works well with steaks and chicken its very easy to clean.Cons: it is heavy and it draws 1500 watts which is alot so unless you have a power inverter that exceeds 1500 watts its not very portable.Overall the design is great more so for home use like a back yard bbq with out the need of a open flame.Would recommend if you have the counter or closet space for it as it is a bit tall and heavy.
