Return Policy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Once merchandise is altered in any way, the buyer cannot return or make any exchanges. If you receive an item that was damaged or defective, please contact us within three days of delivery. Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal and everything we sell is refundable or exchangeable within the first three days of delivery unless you open and use them. All sales are final after three days of delivery made.

The item you want to return should be unopened and unused in new condition with original packaging and accessories of all parts. We do not refund or exchange on any item that has been used and opened. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Returns will not qualify for credit without authorization from our customer service representatives. Please do not return any items without including an authorization from our customer service in the shipment. If your return or exchange is the result of our error, we give you full return with shipping charge. We will also provide free return shipping in this case.

Return and Exchange Procedures

  2. In your request include your order number written on the top of your invoice and the reason you want to return or exchange with the name of the product you want to exchange with.
  3. Wait until we email you to give authorization. Normally it takes 2-3 business days.
  4. Please include a copy of the email that authorized your return or exchange with your order number.
  5. Insure shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost and misdirected return shipments.
  6. Once we receive your return item, we will credit your account or ship out the item desired to exchange within five business days.

Cancellation

Any changes or cancellation must be made before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) / 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). If you make an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been authorized and shipped, we are sorry but there is nothing we can do until you receive your order. You will need to receive the order first and then return it (in accordance with our return policy) for a refund. If your order has been shipped out, then we are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling fee. If a package delivery is refused by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customer’s Store Credit or Refund.

Shipping and handling

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the method of shipping you selected, location and the number of items in your shopping basket. After you enter all the required information in your shopping basket, it will automatically calculate your shipping and handling fee to ship your order. For this reason it is not possible for us to tell you the shipping costs for your order until you enter all the required information. The first screen you will see when you click on the ‘check out’ button is the shopping basket page which will present you to enter your zip code, country and shipping options. After you choose your shipping option, you’ll see the total amount you need to be charged.

Customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (i.e. incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, duty for international customers, etc.). We do not put those memos on the shipping label.

Shipping Delays

Delivery schedule date is not guaranteed for the delays due to insufficient information provided by customer terrorism, riots, strikes or other labor disputes civil unrest disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters, such as violent storms, earthquake, floods and etc. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may cause shipping delays.
